Biomass Incinerator

Biomass mainly refers to lignocellulose (lignin for short) such as straws and trees other than grains and fruits in the production process of agriculture and forestry, leftover bits and pieces of agricultural products processing industry, agricultural and forestry wastes and livestock manure and wastes in the production process of animal husbandry.

According to Dr. Zhou Huang from the Renewable Energy Department of Energy Bureau of National Development and Reform Commission, biomass direct combustion power generation (hereinafter referred to as biomass power generation) is a renewable energy power generation technology second only to wind power generation in the world.

ICFB biomass incinerator launched by EBARA Environmental Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. is suitable for small and medium-sized biomass incineration, such as wood chips, pulp, straw, textile leftovers and other biomass incineration power generation projects.

Technical features of ICFB are as follows:

(1) Layer temperature control is adopted in the furnace, and the operation is stable;

(2) Large incombustible substances in the fuel are easy to discharge;

(3) The bed temperature is controlled by a heat transfer tube (not water spray) in the furnace, so that the thermal efficiency is improved.
