Main Technical Features of the Dryer
(1) The structure of the device is compact, the occupied area is small, and the space layout requirements of the workshop are met. A larger heat transfer surface is obtained by arranging the wall surface of the hollow blades densely arranged on the hollow shaft and the jacket of the outer shell, which saves the occupied area of equipment, and reduces the capital construction investment.
(2) High heat utilization rate reduces steam consumption Blades are staggered and crossed, and angles are different, so that the materials are fully stirred and mixed, and a self-cleaning structure is formed. The device is compact, and the heat utilization rate can reach more than 85%t.
(3) Operate under negative pressure, no odor diffusion, and low temperature and dust concentration in the machine, good safety performance.
(4) The built-up welding is applied to the part in contact with the sludge inside the dryer, which can ensure the service life of the equipment.
(5) Different speed multi-shaft structure is adopted, and each shaft is independently adjusted by frequency conversion, so that the dryer can adapt to the change of materials in a larger range, so that the dryer has the self-cleaning function, and the sludge mixing uniformity is obviously improved.
(6) Variable speed rotating shaft, height of the sludge discharge weir plate is adjustable. The discharge time of the sludge can be adjusted according to the water content of the sludge.
